How we organise it
We work with a curated collection of 40 private properties in Morocco, all rented exclusively with no presence on Booking, Airbnb or Vrbo. The range goes from a four-bedroom riad in the medina to a 12-hectare estate in the High Atlas with stables.
Service included: cook, housekeeper and butler 24/7 in large properties; only housekeeper in small properties. Optional security service for remote properties.

Yes. Each of the twelve services works independently. If you only need a jet, a yacht or a day of golf, we handle it without you having to sign a full experience.
Fixed management fee + real service cost (jet, hotel, vehicle). No cross-commissions. You will receive the full breakdown in the zero notebook before any commitment.
Our published cancellation policy applies, with tiers based on notice (see the “Cancellations” page). If we cancel, you get a 100% refund.
