Signed Journey is currently operated by Mohamed Ben, individual, in the process of registering the limited company under which it will operate on Spanish territory. The full registry details (tax ID, CICMA tourism license number, registered office, professional liability policy) will be published as soon as the procedure is registered.

Terms of use

Access to this website is free and unrestricted. The purchase of services is subject to the general terms of contract delivered with the signed travel dossier. Express acceptance of those terms is an indispensable requirement to begin the service.

Intellectual property

The texts, photographs, videos and graphic design are the property of Signed Journey or licensed to it. Their total or partial reproduction requires written authorisation. Photographs of hosts and clients are used only with documented consent.

Responsibility

Signed Journey is responsible for the services it contracts and provides under the applicable consumer and package-travel rules. Details of its professional liability insurance will be published together with the registration details of the operating entity. Signed Journey is not responsible for services the client books directly outside the signed proposal.

Jurisdiction

The governing law and competent jurisdiction will be stated together with the registration details of the operating entity. In any case, as a consumer you keep the rights and jurisdiction granted to you by the law of your country of residence.
