Calendar policy
- Each experience signed by hand, one by one. The founder’s rule since 2011. If your month is closed, we don’t negotiate: we wait for the next one.
- No waiting list. We don’t believe in it. Our cancellations are zero. Yours, we handle on your terms.
- Bookings 90+ days. That’s the median. Some close 8 months out (when the trip falls on Easter or August).
- Urgent exception. If you need to travel in fewer than 21 days and Mohamed knows your city of origin, call the landline. For these cases we reply by voice, not in writing.
