How we work
Transparency. No auditor paid to sign for us.
These are the principles we sign for. We don't publish them in a chart; we honour them on every trip. Verification happens person to person, not on a web page.
No cross-commissions
Every hotel, host and supplier charges us the rate they would charge any end client. We accept no cross-payments.
No OTAs, no affiliation
No booking goes through aggregators or affiliation programmes. Direct dealings with the person in charge of each house, restaurant or experience.
Public rate = private rate
The price published on the site is the same as the one signed in private. No discreet discounts, no kickbacks.
Hosts paid double the local rate
So they turn down lesser offers and keep the standard we sign for. The difference is a cost we absorb, not a margin.
Final dossier with line-item breakdown
Delivered 60 days after the return, every expense traceable. If the client asks to see an original receipt, we show it.
Honest cancellation
A single cancellation policy, published with version and date on the “Cancellations” page and signed with every proposal. Nothing we'd have to explain later.
