Every request goes through exactly these twelve phases. We say it publicly: if anyone promises to skip one, it isn’t us.

We received your email
Mohamed reads personally. If the calendar is closed for that month, he replies the same day with the next available window.

Call
<24h · 45 min minimum
First conversation
No cost, no commitment. Mohamed listens. He doesn’t sell. We talk about who travels, what they avoid, what they’d rather not find.

Acuerdo
48h after the call
Letter of intent
We send a written summary of what we discussed, proposed dates and budget ranges. If it fits, we continue. If not, we say goodbye.

Design
5–7 days
Inés writes the dossier
We coordinate real calendars with hosts. PDF dossier of 16–24 pages with day-by-day itinerary, map, photos of the specific riads, host profiles.

Briefing
1 hour
We review the dossier
A call to review the dossier together. Changes at no cost until approved. Three iterations maximum — after that, if it doesn’t fit, we refund the intangible portion.

Approval
Your decision
Dossier signing
Accept the dossier by email. Only then is the Stripe payment link generated. The deposit is 35%, balance 30 days before travel.

Pre-trip

Yasmina takes over
Logistical coordination with hosts, vehicles, riads. She writes to each by name. Every host knows who you are before you arrive.

Recordatorio

Travel manual
We send a PDF with final timings, local-coordinator contacts, suggested Arabic phrases and seasonal packing.

Whatever number of days
24/7 coordinator
Each region has its coordinator with a dedicated WhatsApp in Spanish. Mohamed available 24/7 — direct answer, no call centre.

Regreso
72h after return
Closing call
Inés calls. What worked, what didn’t, what would change. Any refund for a failed service is processed that same week — no forms.

Documentation
60 days later
Bound notebook
Arrives at your home. Vegetable-tanned Fez leather, Magnani Velata paper, editorial photos from the trip, hand-written notes from your hosts.
