Our filter
Who enters the catalogue. Who doesn't.
The catalogue is renewed once a year. Whoever stops meeting a criterion leaves, no exception and no reproach.
No cross-commission with the host
If a hotel, restaurant or host pays us to send them a client, they leave the catalogue. That practice damages the client's trust and our independence.
01
We pay the host above the local rate
So they turn down lesser contracts and keep the quality we sign for. We absorb the difference; it does not get passed to the client.
02
One single rate
If a supplier has a public rate different from the private agency rate, they don't get in. Price transparency is non-negotiable.
03
Direct dealings with the owner or the person in charge
No commercial intermediary between us and the person who cooks, drives or opens the door. If there's a broker in the middle, we don't sign.
04
Review policy
One review per year. No long-term contracts. The next signed trip verifies that the criterion still holds.
