Most of our travellers come back within two years. We don't publish a percentage because it shifts each season; we show it to the signed client.
Average response time
Same day. Mohamed personally answers email and phone before nine, Marrakech time.
Signed capacity
Every experience signed by hand. We don't sign one more, no matter who asks.
Rejection policy
We turn down enquiries we cannot fulfil at the signed level. The initial conversation is meant to filter out, not to sell.
Traceability
Final dossier with every expense, delivered 60 days after the trip. If the client asks for an original receipt, we show it.
